To get a better and more in-depth understanding of your health we’ll go over your health history, the symptoms you're struggling with, and your goals for the next 4 months, and we’ll create an actual plan to get you feeling better!

I also ask that you keep a food and mood journal and keep track of what you eat and your digestive patterns. This will help us find triggers.

1:1 nutritional therapy

One-on-one nutritional therapy program provides you with the support, guidance, education, and the right tools to heal through nutrition. My mission is to free you of any painful symptoms you are suffering from, feel clear and energized throughout your day, and set you on the right path in your health and wellness journey.

How does it work?

Nutritional therapy is a 4-month program that includes a video session each month and recommendations via email after each call.

Step 2: Education

Knowledge is power, and I want you to feel empowered when it comes to food. Instead of enrolling in a pricey course or spending hours on reading materials, I’m going to give you everything you need here. You’ll learn to read food labels, navigate the grocery store, prepare foods so they are most bioavailable, how the digestive process works, and how to listen to your body.
